Wow. Youtube is so impressive. You can find information on anything on that site! So the back story on this is that I asked a couple of my cousin's daughters to be flowergirls for our wedding yesterday. I suggested that I thought it'd be really cute if they wore tutu dresses! Within 24 hours, my cousin Marcella emailed me this.
If only I knew how easy they were to make when I was a little girl, I would have worn a tutu every day. :)
